Project Services

The seed bank offers services in a number of areas including:

• Seed Sales
• Project management services ie sourcing, management and dispatch of seed for revegetation projects
• Management of revolving funds to ensure continious seed supply for agency, cma and landcare groups 
• Regional assessment of seed requirements for ongoing projects including reporting, development of expression of interest proposals, liaison with collectors, purchase of seed, germination testing of seed delivered and dispatch to projects or nurseries as required.
• Direct Seeding contractors available.
• Consultancy services including site assessment and direct seeding advice. 
• Seed storage facilities, climate controlled environment available for landcare groups, individuals and government agencies
• Data base management of all seed lots which are received at the seed bank
• Registration of seed production areas to ensure genetic integrity and best practice for seed and future revegetation
• Growing of specific plants for seed production for species which are difficult to collect in the wild.
